Dolphins Place CB Cornell Armstrong On IR
The Dolphins’ banged-up secondary took another hit Wednesday. The team placed nickel cornerback Cornell Armstrong on injured reserve. He’ll miss at least four games after suffering a hamstring injury in a loss to the Panthers last Sunday. The Dolphins now have three nickel corners on IR. CB Tre Hawkins Drawing Interest
Injuries limited Tre Hawkins to three games last season and left him off the Giants’ roster following training camp this summer.
