At least 28 people dead after tornadoes rip through Midwest, South

Recovery efforts are underway in Kentucky and other parts of the Midwest and South after a series of severe storms and tornadoes. At least 28 deaths have been reported. CBS News correspondent Nicole Valdes reports from London.
