Haley and Hanna Cavinder have silenced plenty of their critics this March, that’s for sure. Despite being a No. 9 seed in this year’s tournament, Miami has reached the Sweet 16.
Miami will be in action this Friday afternoon against No. 4 seed Villanova. The winner will advance to the Elite Eight.
Prior to Friday’s tipoff, the Cavinder twins posted a message on Instagram for those still doubting their abilities on the hardwood.
“We have nothing to prove, because we are already approved,” the Cavinder twins wrote.

Make no mistake though, Haley and Hanna are more than just social media stars.
Haley has been a dominant force for the Hurricanes this season, averaging 12.6 points and 4.9 rebounds per game. Hanna, meanwhile, is averaging 3.9 points and 1.7 assists per contest.
