Secretary of State Marco Rubio joins in on the Miami Hurricanes CFP debate

Marco Rubio just jumped into the Miami-Notre Dame playoff debate, and he did it by asking Donald Trump to “take over” the College Football Playoff committee if the Hurricanes get left out.
