There Are 2 Men’s Elite Eight Games Today – Here’s The Schedule

March 27, 2023 by The Spun

PITTSBURGH, PA – MARCH 15: A general view of the court with March Madness signage is seen prior to the start of the game between the Oklahoma Sooners and the Rhode Island Rams in the first round of the 2018 NCAA Men’s Basketball Tournament at PPG PAINTS Arena on March 15, 2018 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Two schools have already punched their tickets to Houston, but we still have two more Elite Eight matchups to see who else will dance their way to the Final Four.

Both games will be broadcast on CBS, starting with No. 6 Creighton vs. No. 5 San Diego State at 2:20 PM ET.

Aztecs. Bluejays. A trip to the Final Four on the line.
We know who we’ve got.

The Aztecs have been rolling of late, winning 9 of their last 10 games behind key performances from Keshad Johnson, Adam Seiko and Matt Bradley. While also holding their opponents to just 58.5 points per game.

As for the Bluejays, they’re riding high off a big Sweet 16 win over Princeton thanks in large-part to the play of seven-footer Ryan Kalkbrenner.

That game will give way to the primetime matchup between Jim Larrañaga’s No. 5 Miami squad and the second-seeded Longhorns.

The Canes and Longhorns tip-off at 5:05 PM ET from the T-Mobile Center in Kansas City as Texas seeks its first Final Four bid in 20 years. And Miami, it’s first.

Should be another excellent afternoon of college basketball. Let the Madness continue.
