The Miami Dolphins downed the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on Saturday night at Raymond James Stadium 26-24, winning their first of three preseason contests.
Head coach Mike McDaniel had his team ready to go, despite a number of veterans not participating in the game for various reasons, ranging from injury to rest. Rookie quarterback Skylar Thompson was still able to lead Miami’s offense for a full game, and they walked out of Tampa as winners.
