It seems like Dalvin Cook knows who he wants to play for next.
Cook, who was released by the Minnesota Vikings a couple of weeks ago, thinks that he’d be a “perfect fit” for the Dolphins and confirmed that he has spoken with them.
“As a running back you look for a certain scheme and I know the scheme that I’m good in, and that’s outside zone, and that’s what the Miami Dolphins run. So it’s like, you know, it’d be a perfect fit. And the roster, like you said, speaks for itself,” Cook said, via Barry Jackson of the Miami Herald.

Seeing Cook in that Dolphins offense alongside Raheem Mostert, Tyreek Hill, and Jaylen Waddle would be scary. Head coach Mike McDaniel would have a ton of fun spreading the ball around that unit.
Cook definitely still has it, too. He finished the 2022 season with 264 carries for 1,173 yards and eight touchdowns.
It was his fourth straight season of rushing for over 1,100 yards and at least six touchdowns.
