The Philadelphia Eagles saw star left tackle Lane Johnson go down with an injury during their Week 6 loss to the New York Jets. But will he be good to go for their big Sunday Night Football showdown with the Miami Dolphins?
On Friday, the Eagles released their final injury report of the week. Most notably, Johnson was a full participant in practice after dealing with an ankle injury during the week.
As for his status, he was completely cleared meaning that he is good to go for their big Sunday night tilt at Lincoln Financial Field.
It’s hard to overstate what a difference-maker Johnson is for the Eagles’ offense. As soon as he got hurt, the Jets pass rush started getting to Hurts repeatedly and the pass rush contributed mightily to limiting their offense to just 14 points that game.

The Miami Dolphins represent a wildly different challenge from the New York Jets though. While the Jets have a top tier defense, the Dolphins have the No. 1 offense in the league.
Philadelphia have a great defense in their own right but they’re going to need their offense to match the Dolphins point-for-point.
With Lane Johnson back, that will be a lot easier.
