Week 7 of the 2023 NFL season saw a lot of shakeups in the NFL. The high-powered San Francisco 49ers and Miami Dolphins both lost, as did the Buffalo Bills and Detroit Lions.
So who does ESPN’s computer model have coming out on top in Super Bowl LVIII now that the dust has settled?
Believe it or not, the top odds in the NFC go to a team that is coming off back-to-back losses: The San Francisco 49ers. ESPN’s Football Power Index has given the Niners a 40-percent chance to make the Super Bowl and a 21.9-percent chance to win. Both are the highest.
Over in the AFC, the Kansas City Chiefs continue to fly high and have a 37.1-percent chance to make the Super Bowl plus a 21.8-percent chance to win it all.

The Kansas City Chiefs have been unbeaten since losing their season opener to the Detroit Lions.
As for the 49ers, they started the season on a five-game winning streak but have now lost back-to-back games against the Cleveland Browns and Minnesota Vikings.
The 49ers being favored over the Eagles might simply come down to the Eagles not looking right ever since their Week 6 game against the Jets.
Do you think we’ll get another Chiefs-49ers Super Bowl?
