We asked how many rookies you think will impact the Miami Dolphins this season. You answered.
The Miami Dolphins will kick off their 2025 NFL Draft with the 13th overall pick tonight, adding the first of several rookies they will have on their roster this season. But how many of those rookies will have a significant impact on the team this year? Our SB Nation Reacts survey earlier this week asked that question, and you responded.
Miami opens this year’s draft with needs at several positions, a fact that the oddsmakers at FanDuel sportsbook took into account when listing potential first picks for the Dolphins. According to the latest odds just three hours before the start of tonight’s first round, Miami is most likely to select an offensive lineman with their first pick (+125). The second-most likely position group is on the defensive line or edge rusher (+250) followed by cornerback (+300), safety (+430), wide receiver (+3000), and quarterback (+5000).

How many rookies will make a significant impact for the Dolphins in 2025?

While two rookies making an impact won with 27 percent of the vote in this week’s survey, when you consider the two, three, and four answers received a combined 74 percent of the vote, there is a lot of expectation on this rookie class for Miami. Will they be able to live up to that pressure?
