Caleb Williams would love to play for the Miami Dolphins, and Tyreek Hill seemingly wouldn’t mind if that dream becomes reality.
During an interview with PEOPLE at the Super Bowl, Williams was asked which NFL team he would choose as his No. 1 option. The USC star and 2022 Heisman Trophy winner answered with the Dolphins.
“I like to be around younger coaches,” Williams says. “I’d probably go to the Dolphins. I also would be able to play with Tyreek Hill, Jaylen Waddle, Mike Gesicki. The defense isn’t bad. That’s probably my number one spot.”
Hill not only saw what Williams had to say, he also “liked” an article about the comments on Instagram.
Now, Hill “liking” this post might not mean he is tired of playing with Tua Tagovailoa or even is wishing for Williams to land with the Dolphins.
He might just be acknowledging that it is cool for the biggest star in college football to view Miami as a destination franchise.
Again, the odds of Williams winding up with the Dolphins seem slim anyway, as he is the likely No. 1 overall pick in next year’s NFL Draft, and Miami is not expected to struggle enough to be in contention for that pick.
