When the 2023 season kicks off for the Miami Dolphins, star wide receiver Tyreek Hill will be there.
His availability for the first week – or few weeks – of the season was in question following his involvement in an alleged assault. The Miami-Dade police department investigated Hill following an allegation of assault and battery.
That investigation appears to have been settled and the NFL isn’t seeking further punishment for Hill, according to a report from ESPN’s Adam Schefter.
“NFL said there will be no action taken by the league against Dolphins’ WR Tyreek Hill for the incident he was involved in this summer,” Schefter said in a message on social media.

It’s great news for the Miami Dolphins, who open the 2023 season on the road against the high-powered Los Angeles Chargers.
Hill paced all Dolphins wide receivers last season with 119 receptions for 1,710 yards and seven touchdowns in his first season with the team.
