The Miami Dolphins might be putting one of their wide receivers on the trade block soon.
Per Barry Jackson, the Dolphins are open to trading Cedrick Wilson. It would come after he signed a three-year $22 million deal heading into last season.
If a trade is made, it would save the Dolphins $7 million in cap space.
Update: The #Dolphins are open to trade WR Cedrick Wilson, per @flasportsbuzz
Wilson signed a 3-year, $22 million contract with Miami last season after catching a career high 45 passes for 602 yards and 6 TDs with the #Cowboys in 2021

Wilson played in 15 games during the 2022 season but struggled to find his footing. He finished with only 12 receptions for 136 yards and no touchdowns.
That came after he had a stellar 2021 season with 45 receptions for 602 yards and six touchdowns.
Fans are intrigued about Wilson as a trade target.
“Would be an interesting target for the Chargers. Was in Dallas with Kellen Moore. Dolphins would have to pay most of the salary though and I wouldn’t give up more than a late day 3 pick,” one tweet read.

This isn’t really news tbh, but frankly I feel like he should get a chance to actually play in this offense. https://t.co/ppyRK92YRd

Do not tell me that Dak Prescott doesn’t elevate receivers.. The same people who were saying “Cowboys let a good WR go in C. Wilson” are the same people panicking about us losing Dalton Schultz. https://t.co/Evauslaizz

Might be in the minority here, but I still think Ced can be a very good WR3 on this team https://t.co/tYL9ldDyKf

This is a trade that could happen once the NFL Draft gets closer.
