After an unremarkable season with the Baltimore Ravens, wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. is going to try and play kingmaker with another AFC playoff contender.

According to NFL insider Tom Pelissero, the three-time Pro Bowler and former Rookie of the Year is signing a one-year deal with the Miami Dolphins. Per the report, it’s a one-year deal worth up to $8.25 million.

“Three-time Pro Bowl WR Odell Beckham Jr. is signing with the #Dolphins, sources tell me and @RapSheet,” Pelissero wrote on X.

“It’s a one-year deal worth up to $8.25 million. Beckham could’ve made more elsewhere but felt this was the best team for him.”

Beckham played in 14 games for the Ravens last year, finishing the regular season with 35 receptions for 565 yards and three touchdowns. He provided very little to the Ravens in their playoff run, which ended in an AFC Championship Game loss to the Kansas City Chiefs.

Beckham has not been a 1,000-yard receiver since 2019 with the Cleveland Browns and he’s been limited to just 35 games over the past four years due to injuries.

As for the Dolphins, the signing gives them yet another Pro Bowl wideout in what is already one of the league’s best receiving corps. They now have Beckham, reigning receiving leader Tyreek Hill, Jaylen Waddle and several other speedsters coming out of the backfield.

Will this be a good signing for the Dolphins? Is this a good team for Beckham himself?
