The Miami-Dade Police Department has completed its investigation into recent allegations against Dolphins wide receiver Tyreek Hill.
No criminal charges have been filed, according to Andy Slater of 640 Fox Sports. If the victim wants to pursue charges, police told him he’ll have to go to the State Attorney General’s Office.
Slater reported on Tuesday that the alleged victim does not wish to press charges against Hill.
Hill was accused of hitting a charter boat employee on the back of the head after allegedly boarding the boat without permission. The alleged incident occurred at the Haulover Marina in North Miami Beach on Sunday.
According to Slater’s reports, employees of the charter boat company told police that Hill said “I can buy you and the boat” and “I’m No. 10 with the Miami Dolphins.”
Hill is heading into his second campaign with the Dolphins after posting some solid receiving numbers in his first South Beach season.
