The Chicago Bears have requested an interview with Reggie McKenzie, who is currently a Miami Dolphins senior personnel executive. McKenzie was hired by the Dolphins back in 2019 after his stint as the Las Vegas Raiders general manager from 2012 – 2018. If McKenzie were to be hired by the Bears, the Dolphins would receive a third-round compensatory pick for two consecutive years due to the team losing a minority coach or executive to a head coach or general manager position.
