Xavien Howard practiced with the team for the first time this training camp. Howard has been dealing with an ankle injury but has also expressed his frustration with his contract. Trading Howard shouldn’t be ruled out, but it just doesn’t seem like it’s going to happen. Despite his frustration, it was great to see Howard out with the team practicing instead of sulking on the sidelines.
