It appears that Tyreek Hill isn’t out of the woods just yet over his alleged assault of a boat worker in the Miami area.
NFL.com reported last night that Hill remains under investigation for an allegation of assault and battery despite a report yesterday that no charges against him are forthcoming. But NFL Media said that the Miami-Dade Police Department confirmed that the investigation is ongoing.
“Miami Dolphins wide receiver Tyreek Hill remains under investigation for an allegation of assault and battery, the Miami-Dade (Florida) Police Department confirmed to NFL Media on Wednesday evening,” NFL.com’s Grant Gordon wrote.

This is hardly the first time that Tyreek Hill has found himself at the center of an offseason controversy. He was at the center of a domestic abuse investigation in 2014 and a child abuse investigation in 2019.
No punishments for Hill came of those two incidents, but the NFL could decide that three investigations without a suspension is too much and start to discipline him under the Personal Conduct policy.
Will Tyreek Hill wind up being suspended over this incident?
