Miami Dolphins wide receiver Tyreek Hill got fined for a super weird reason this week.
Per Joe Schad, the NFL has fined Hill $7,000 for not wearing socks.

Hill explained to Schad how the fine stems from scoring a touchdown against the Denver Broncos on Sept. 24.
“So in the Broncos game, the first touchdown, I didn’t have any socks on at all,” Hill said to Schad. “But I was getting an IV and I didn’t want to be late for the play. So I didn’t have time to put on my socks.”
Hill then confirmed that he is appealing the fine and thinks that it will get reduced.
No matter the outcome, he’ll have no problem paying the fine since he’s currently signed to a contract that will give him $120 million over four seasons.
Hill and the Dolphins will be back in action this Sunday against the New York Giants.
