The Miami Heat have agreed to terms with free agent forward Markieff Morris. Morris played the last two seasons with the Los Angeles Lakers.
Morris will sign a one-year deal with Miami, likely for the veteran minimum. Morris will add some frontcourt depth, as the Heat have retooled their roster around Jimmy Butler and Bam Adebayo by adding Kyle Lowry and P.J. Tucker this offseason.
