Joe Manchin, one of the crucial swing votes in the new 51-49 Senate, said he wants to see how the reaction to President Joe Biden’s two signature pieces of legislation “plays out.” But he tells “Face that Nation” that as of now, he has “no intentions” of changing his party affiliation.
