Government shutdown nears longest funding lapse in U.S. history

The government shutdown is still dragging on and it may outlast the 2018 funding lapse, which kept the federal government close for 34 days into 2019. CBS News’ Caitlin Huey-Burns and Ed O’Keefe report.
