Former NFL executive Bobby Beathard passed away this week at the age of 86. His son, Casey, said he died from complications from Alzheimer's disease. After spending several years as a scout for the Chiefs and Falcons, Beathard was named the director of player personnel for the Dolphins in 1972. He held that title until 1977.
